When the estate of a deceased person goes through the probate process, it is possible to challenge both the decedent’s Will as well to the Court’s decisions on a number of things from appointing the executor to the interpretation of the Will’s commands.
Creditors may also intervene in the case to attack assets and seek collection of money. And family members may seek court invention to settle certain disagreements that were not anticipated in the Will.
Our office has been engaged in a continual practice of civil litigation since 2009. We are experienced in all areas of litigation – motion practice, post-judgment collections, bench trials, jury trials and appeals.
